Hi, I’m Jaz.
I’ve worked as a UX designer, UX strategist and CX designer for agency, start-up, enterprise and government organisations, and can tailor my approach to the team and task at hand.
I’ve led experience design for many successful products including Tend Health, PlaceMakers, JUCY and Flip. I’ve also worked with large enterprises such as MYOB, Chorus and Fletcher Building, as well as government services and academic institutions.
I use robust discovery techniques to analyse business and user needs, identify the right problems to be solved, test assumptions and design effective UX strategies. I create sophisticated prototypes using both traditional methods and AI code assistants to evaluate ideas quickly.
I’m results-driven with a track record of measurable impact on both customer experience and business objectives – and love to get deep into the data when I can. I love collaborating with product leaders, designers and engineers to champion user needs and build shared sense of purpose.
Outside of work, I dabble in furniture design, home automation, and abstract painting.
